A Note To All Users

On this particular website, there will be relevant links under a level 2 heading.  These pages will not appear on the navigation bar, but instead will be linked under the history page.  This means that Jaws users can simply use the links list, to navigate to the appropriate link, or use the arrow key as another method of navigating through the various links found on this page.  For each decade, everything will be listed under a level one heading, so that more information can be added to the page as it becomes available.  When Jaws users navigate to the 1800's page, for example, he or she will be presented with several headings.    Each heading references a year, and listed under the headings in a list format, are events that allowed V.S.D.B. to prosper, grow, and become what it is now today.
